Terrible customer service! I ordered a corsage for mother's day last week from their website and received a confirmation number. I then received a call informing me that their website had not been updated since last year, so the prices were incorrect and they would need to charge more. Okay, I don't know how you not having your website updated is my problem, but whatever. So I call back to give my credit card and was given a different excuse; that their website miscalculated the amount. After stewing about this for a few minutes, I decided that I would rather give my business to a florist with integrity. Thanks to Devon's Flower Patch for taking my business at the last minute.

Amazing customer service. It was a Friday too late for the big online flower stores to deliver for Mother's Day (on Sunday). I ordered online from Valley Florist & Stained Glass and they delivered it same day (Friday) so that my mom could enjoy the flowers all weekend.

Great store. It's nice to see more contemporary businesses coming to Bishop, with a fresh look. This store has it all, gifts, fresh flowers, (ours lasted two weeks), and good customer service.
